Elevate Decks and Design is a locally owned and operated construction company proudly serving Lake County and Northeast Ohio. Founded by lifelong Lake County residents Jose Llamas and Evan Rosborough, the company brings over 30 years of combined construction experience to every project.

We specialize in outdoor construction, including custom decks, fences, pergolas, and pavilions, along with other exterior improvements designed to enhance how you use and enjoy your space. Every project is built with a focus on durability, function, and clean craftsmanship.
